Lead or Follow

The moment your parents conceived you was the moment God gave you purpose and a gift. Every single individual walking around on this earth was given a special gift. Some of us have yet to tap into our gift, but the gift is there. It's within you waiting for you to put it to use. Your gift wants to be brought alive and wants to make room for you. Your gift is what will bring you happiness and success. I believe if you don't put your gift to work, then you're spiritually dying. I don't think you will ever be happy if you're not walking in your purpose.

Walking in your gift is one thing, but leading in your gift is another thing. Leading in your gift is a whole different ball game, especially for us as women. We are walking around trying to be the boss of our own business, and become the leader in some company that is mostly dominated by men. This alone can be hard, and challenging. Being a leader takes a lot of confidence, thinking skills, good decision making, and being able to endure a lot of hardships. Being a leader is far from easy, but it can be done.

I found this video of Steve Harvey on YouTube talking about finding out if you want to be a leader or a follower. This is one of his videos on success and the life you choose to live. I think Steve Harvey sums it up.
