Meditation

The first thing we should do when we wake up in the morning is thank God for giving us another day to get it right. Waking up in the morning is a gift in itself, because not everyone got a chance to receive this gift from God. The first 30 min of your day should be you feeding your mind, and spirit the positive things that it needs to get through your day. Everyday that we wake up is a mystery because we don't always know what's ahead of us. We're often taught to plan our day, which most of us do, but we never know if things will go wrong and we have to make some adjustments.

It's important that we keep in mind that our thoughts, words, and feelings are what set the tone for our day. I believe meditation is a necessity in the morning, because it helps to keep you balanced and at peace. You wake up in the morning strictly focusing on what it is you want internally and externally. You focus your entire being only on the positives, and taking the time out to give God thanks for life. We are powerful beings walking around with the gift of life, and the power to create the life we want. We've got to have the willpower and patience to create the things we want. God is waiting for you to take control of your mind, so that you can properly receive the things that you want.

I'm sure you're reading this with the thought that I'm going to only tell you to focus on what it is you want, and be thankful for life. But I'm also going to tell you to take some time out during your day, and tell God thank you for the pain I've experienced in my life. We need the good as much as we need the bad. Pain is what builds us into the person we are today, and the person we will become in the future. We need balance in life, and you can't have ALL good with no bad. Nobody will be able to truly experience life as a whole. Everything we dream of becoming will require some sort of pain, and failure before you become what it is you want to become. Life is all about our own perspectives on it issues, and how we choose to handle painful situations.

Remember........EVERYTHING IS ENERGY!! ENERGY NEVER DIES!!! So, be careful with your thoughts, words, and feelings.

Sn: Meditation is not always crossing your legs, closings your eyes, and positioning your hands. Meditation is silencing your mind and focusing completely on what it is you want for yourself.
