Start Again

No matter what happened in your past you can still start over. As long as you have breath in your body that means God has given you permission to start over again and again. Bad decisions are what makes life so beautiful because you get a chance to learn and seek understanding. Don't be afraid to live life out loud with a beautiful spirit to match your confidence.

Everything you've ever dreamed of is possible with hard work, prayer for guidance and determination. If you fall down today, get back up and keep moving with a winners mentality. Stop waiting on God to pick you up when you've been given the strength to get yourself up. If your goal was to eat healthy for five days and eat unhealthy on the last day--start over and try again next week. Whatever it is just start over and don't sit in self-pity. It's not over just yet for you.
