Flawless

One thing we can all agree on is the physical difference in each individual on this earth. Each of us carry a uniqueness that the next person doesn't possess, which is what makes the infinite power (God) so amazing. Growing up I struggled with maintaining high self-esteem, which caused me to feel unworthy of love. I bought into the ideal person society told me I had to be, and I spent most of my time being mad at God for not giving me the perfect image like the other girls. I grew up being told I was created in God's image and likeness, my mind couldn't quite grasp that idea and I was blinded by the rejection due to my appearance.

Now that I've grown mentally and spiritually the way I view myself has changed drastically. Flaws is just a fancy word society has given us to remind us that we're not enough just the way God created us to be. How can one have flaws? We were created in God's image and likeness, which means we were made perfect. Society has a way of trying to use it's earthly powers to work against the creator. Everything society considers wrong makes you YOU, and learning to appreciate all of you is pleasing to the soul. You are beautiful just the way you are....truth. Your eyes, nose, mouth, feet, lips, hips and thighs are all part of the infinite power that created you. Look in the mirror, tune out those negative voices and say I love you with confidence in your voice. Who cares if you have pimples, crooked teeth or a big stomach because it all belongs to you. We can't all look alike; that's boring and not exciting. Work on yourself everyday and put YOU first, but most importantly remember we all are FLAWLESS.
