No Evidence

Sometimes in life we can get caught up in the storm, and the forceful winds that cause us to stumble. We can easily forget that life is still on our side and that our purpose still needs to be fulfilled. Our strength was not made weak because of the God that lives within us. We have the ability to speak life over ourselves and into any situation that seems detrimental.

The hardest thing is keeping the faith, when you can’t physically see any evidence of good growing from your situation. The mind longs for evidence because you want to know that you’re going to survive the storm. You long for the bright ending of the chapter, which you feel will bring you some relief. But the truth will always be that the future is unknown. You will never know what lies ahead of you because we never know what God actually has planned for us.

You do not need evidence to know that things are happening the way that they are suppose to happen. You’re going through this period of your life for a reason. The reason is typically preparing you for another season on a greater level. Stop trying to figure out the ending because you’ll never know until you’ve reached your destination.

Your faith is all the evidence that you need! Your trust in God will help you to remain calm in the storm and see your way through. Put all your trust in God and know that everything is being taken care of, though you can’t see it right now.
